Week-long Yoga Retreat
Experience a deepening awareness retreat focused on mindfulness, presence, and nature. This silent meditation, week-long retreat is supported by the serene environment of our retreat center, nestled in the Gatineau Hills; delicious and healthy food; and the thoughtful group that gathers.
Spend the week learning how to live your life with mindfulness and presence with Billie Hillis. Yoga, meditation, mindful periods of silence, forest walks, healthy food, sharing around the campfire with friends new and old, and even some “in nature” meditations will be part of the week.
This retreat will deepen your practice of Meditation and Yoga, allow you to spend time in nature and will be infused with loving-kindness practices! It is aimed at self-care – a luxurious time to spend in contemplation and restore your wellbeing through the art of practice and the soothing hands of nature.
