Join us every Thursdays at noon for a fulfilling dose of guided meditation, helping us to achieve increased levels of stillness, peace, clarity and most of all happiness.

Jerome Giovinazzo: a long-time practitioner and instructor of meditation & yoga. He brings joy, sincerity and humour into his classes. Having recently completed a 2 year solitary meditation retreat, Jerome realized the power of going inwards, one which enables each of us to create the change we desire in our world.
Billie Hillis: is a meditation & yoga instructor known for her authentic, non-judgmental teaching style and compassion-centered philosophy. She encourages the growth of her students by having them develop a deeper connection with their body and mind.
