How Yoga Really Works - Dismantling all your Barriers
5 - Day Yoga and Meditation Retreat in Quebec, Canada
Treat yourself to a week of diving deep into the heart of yoga. Throughout the retreat participants will learn about the profoundness of the yogic philosophy and how to apply it to their everyday lives. The yogic path provides all the essential ingredients to gaining mastery over the body, mind and emotions, ultimately overcoming the obstacles within our spiritual evolution to unite ourselves with our highest nature.
The main texts that will be referenced for the retreat are the 2 great classics: Pantanjali’s “Yoga Sutras”, written nearly 2000 years ago; and Svatmarama’s , “Hatha Yoga Pradipika”, written in the early 1400’s. Both works clearly explain the path of yoga in it’s entirety, and are masterpieces unto themselves.
